Handle a delayed airport connection

Five minutes of extra practice
- Say: “Excuse me. Could you help me, please?”
- Ask for the ticket desk. Then change it to the information desk.
- Listen for one direction and repeat it back to confirm.
- Say: “Could you say that again slowly, please?”
- Cover the text and play both roles.
Pronunciation practice
Read each request slowly, then at a comfortable speaking pace. Record yourself on your own device and check whether the listener can understand your request. Pronunciation audio clips are still in preparation.
